“pRoFiT is pRoFiT” - one of the most annoying

“pRoFiT is pRoFiT” - one of the most annoying and toxic sayings uttered by traders who have no idea what they are doing in the markets. Let’s dive into why I never wanna hear you say this around me👇“Profit is profit” is evidence someone has not educated themselves on trade management, profit taking strategies, the optimal entry points or the optimal exit points. NOT ALL PROFIT IS EQUAL. NOT ALL PROFIT IS GOOD. 🙅‍♀️ “Profit is profit” is a form of self-soothing for traders who don’t take responsibility for their actions and it plays no part in my trading.“Profit is profit” is typically spoken when someone takes a much lesser profit than they could have.👎 Of course, not every single trade we take will close like we planned for, but turning around and telling yourself “AH WELL, at least I got SOMETHING out of all this work” and not getting down to the root of the problem to fix it is how majority of traders lose money in 90 days and quit in 2 years.PROFIT IS NOT PROFIT. Not all profit is good profit!
❌ If you made $10 when your trade could have closed out at $100, profit is NOT profit
❌ If you made $1,000 purely by gambler’s luck, chucking your money at something you didn’t understand, profit is NOT profit
❌ If you had an open trade running in profit for 6 WEEKS but then closed it out just above breakeven, profit is NOT profit
❌ If your trade went up to let’s say, 30% profit, but you closed it out at 2% instead, profit is NOT profit
❌ If your trades consistently close out at 1% profit when the crypto markets go up 20%-70% in a bull run ... profit isn’t profit...
❌ If your trade actually went up as predicted and closed you out at your profit target, BUT you foolishly decided to use 10x leverage on this and your fees ended up eating into MORE THAN HALF of your profits.... PROFIT AIN’T PROFIT HOMESLICEThese are all symptoms of poor training, education, and skill. Traders who speak these words either entered too late in FOMO, exited too early in fear, let a winner turn into a near loser, or.. so many other things, really 🥲

What if we started conditioning our minds and the way we talk to celebrate our freedom, abundance, happiness, safety, and love; The same way we do about competing on how oppressed, broke, unhappy, busy and tired we are?I see so many miserable people online spitting out so much hatred towards people whose business and livelihoods have no effect on their own, yet they'll say dumb sh*t like, "GET A REAL JOB." Next time someone says that to you, and you don't have a "traditional" job, here's what I want you to say back to them - "oh, is it only a "real job" if it sucks and I hate doing it?" ZINGGGGGGAnd this is why not everyone is free and abundant. Everyone CAN BE free and abundant, but it takes intentional focused work to re-wire the default programming running within.

Our minds prefer safety and familiarity - EVEN IF what’s familiar to us is being MISERABLE!!! 😖 Our emotions and thoughts seek to keep us safe. They don’t always serve our ambitions, goals, dreams, and desires.Our brains love seeking comfort and familiarity, so if you normally operate at a level of stress, busy-ness, anxiety, fear, chaos, and unease - your mind will find a way to recreate that environment in the markets, then match it and reflect it in your trading 😳🙅🏼‍♀️Humans seek balance physiologically, mentally and emotionally. Whatever your “normal” state of being is in life off-screen, you will operate accordingly.😩So if you’re normally a frustrated person, you will find a way to create frustration in the charts and markets.
😩If you traverse through life feeling the world is out to get you, you will materialize ways for the markets to “get you”.
😩And if you normally feel inferior and like you’re not good enough - you too will find a way to create inferiority in your trading...
Whether that’s not sticking to your trading plan, overexposing your risk, overleveraging a position, or even taking profits to early or too late... You will do all of these because that is your comfortable state of being being mirrored back at you, even if it’s self-sabotaging 😮‍💨It doesn’t matter if familiar is bad, unprofitable or destructive. Familiar will be replicated in the markets for us!This is your sign to be more cognizant and mindful of your natural state. Are you normally anxious, frustrated, doubtful, and chaotic? Or are you normally relaxed, calm, present, and intentional? What changes are you going to mindfully make to your normal state so you can succeed in the market with low resistance? LET ME KNOW!!! 👇💭
